13th CII Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Summit - Overview

As part of Confederation of Indian Industry's (CII) National Initiative SurakshitKhadya Abhiyan, (in English - Movement for Safe Food for All) CII’s Food and Agriculture Centre of Excellence (FACE) in partnership with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI)  is jointly organising its Annual Flagship Event of 2018, the "13th Food Safety & Quality Summit" during 13 – 14 December 2018 in New Delhi. The theme of the Summit is Managing Product Integrity, Regulatory and Food Safety Solutions in the Food Chain for Consumer Health and Safety.

 

The Summit is an opportunity for National Governments, Codex & Global Development Bodies, Industries, Academia, Consumer Bodies and related stakeholders to come together with a focus on addressing the Food Safety Ecosystem through updates on critical and emerging opportunities and challenges. From Regulatory Partnerships, Anti-Microbial Resistance, Block Chain Technology, Product Integrity, Chemical Contaminants to knowledge sessions on Cutting Edge Technologies, the Summit will provide an opportunity to learn from Global Experts and Industry best practices on key technical and regulatory aspects critical to food safety.
